Job Title: Assistant Manager – Marketing
Location: Delhi
Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager - Marketing will plan & executive end-to-end marketing for Wattpower solar
manufacturing and solutions business playing a critical role in strengthening brand positioning driving
demand generation and enabling sales growth. This role bridges technical capabilities and market needs
by translating complex product factory and solution strengths into clear compelling market narratives.
Working closely with leadership sales product and plant teams the role will own marketing strategy
execution across campaigns events partnerships and communications to support business growth and
enhance Wattpower presence in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Strategic Communication
• Define and steward brand positioning purpose messaging and tone of voice.
• Develop and execute the annual marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own brand guidelines across visual identity language and employer branding.
Corporate & Leadership Communications
• Craft CEO and leadership communications across internal and external platforms.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives culture campaigns and milestone communications.
• Manage corporate profiles presentations thought leadership content and crisis communication.
Marketing & Go-to-Market
• Plan and execute product launches promotions and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support key accounts through account-based marketing and partner/channel initiatives.
• Oversee development of marketing and sales collateral case studies and video assets.
Digital & Online Presence
• Manage corporate website SEO/SEM performance and content updates.
• Lead social media strategy calendars and leadership digital branding.
• Execute digital campaigns including blogs email marketing and marketing automation.
Events & Experiential Marketing
• Lead participation in trade shows exhibitions roadshows and corporate events.
• Manage customer partner and leadership forums including end-to-end execution.
• Drive CSR and brand-linked events with structured post-event reporting and coverage
