Procurement Coordinator

DREAMZTECH, a leading provider of IT System Data Services, is seeking a talented Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Antalya, Turkey. As the Procurement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes efficiently and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source construction materials and services locally in Antalya

- Compare pricing and negotiate with suppliers

- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries

- Coordinate with logistics and site teams for timely material flow

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

- Maintain supplier database and performance tracking

Requirements & Skills:

- 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (construction or events preferred)

- Strong knowledge of the local Turkish supplier market

- Good negotiation skills

- Ability to manage tight deadlines

- Fluent in Turkish; English proficiency is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Detail-oriented

- Strong negotiation ability

- Familiarity with fast-track project environments
