Role Overview
We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to support our international telecom operations.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and tracking telecom resources used by engineers and teams worldwide ensuring that all services are available active and properly monitored at all times.
You will work with different types of telecom resources including:
- SIM cards and mobile data
- Landlines and VoIP systems
- SMS services
- Streaming platforms
- ERC and other telecom-related services
This is a process-driven role that requires attention to detail consistency and the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Tasks
Resource & Request Management
- Manage incoming requests from internal teams and clients
- Allocate telecom resources based on availability
- Ensure requests are handled accurately and within deadlines
Resource Tracking & Monitoring
- Track usage allocation and availability of all resources
- Monitor balances and ensure services remain active
- Perform recharges and updates when required
Multi-Resource Management
- Manage multiple types of services (SIM VoIP landline SMS streaming ERC)
- Ensure all resources are functional and accessible at all times
Data & Reporting
- Maintain structured trackers using Excel or Google Sheets
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Document all actions for reporting and traceability
Daily Execution
- Handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Follow structured processes and workflows
- Identify issues and escalate when needed
Requirements
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer support Coordination Operations or tracking roles.
- Good English level (written and spoken)
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working in structured environments
- High attention to detail and reliability
Preferred
- Experience in telecom or IT environments
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience working with international teams

Work Conditions
- 100% remote (based in Turkey)
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
- Working hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (local time)
- 1-hour break
Overtime
