Role Overview

The Line Lead / Supervisor supports daily production operations by coordinating team members monitoring production flow ensuring safety and quality expectations are followed and helping the team meet production goals. This role serves as a key point of communication between production employees supervisors quality maintenance and staffing support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support production line employees during daily operations.

Monitor production flow to ensure products are packed assembled labeled and processed according to work instructions.

Communicate production goals expectations and updates to team members.

Ensure employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices safety rules PPE requirements and company policies.

Assist with line setup changeovers material readiness and end-of-shift cleanup.

Track attendance staffing needs production issues and employee concerns.

Identify quality safety or performance concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor or manager.

Coach employees on proper procedures productivity expectations and workplace behavior.

Assist with documentation production records and other required paperwork.

Work closely with QA Maintenance Warehouse and Production leadership to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Minimum Job Requirements

Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

English proficiency spoken and written.

Previous production manufacturing or leadership experience preferred.

Ability to stand walk bend and move throughout the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Demonstrated consistent work history and job longevity.

Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication division percentages and understanding units of measurement.

Ability to communicate clearly with employees supervisors and support departments.
