JOB SUMMARY

Job Summary

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Scottsdale. This role is for someone who is comfortable working the line following recipes and keeping pace during busy service periods.

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to brand standards maintaining a clean and organized workstation and supporting a smooth efficient kitchen operation. This is a hands-on line cook position in a fast-casual restaurant not a prep-only role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Work the line during service periods (grill sauté assembly)

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

Maintain speed accuracy and consistency during peak hours

Keep your station clean stocked and organized

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team

Assist with prep as needed to support service flow

Help with closing and cleaning duties

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Previous line cook or fast-casual kitchen experience preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Reliable punctual and dependable

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Reliable transportation

Weekend and peak-hour availability preferred
