Job Summary
| Primary Tasks: 1. Manage & conduct Role & Training Needs Analysis & Design work for all Army PT & PTI courses. 2. Close consultation with the ASPT as TDA ensuring DSAT compliance and assurance. 3. Draft course Role Performance Statements Training Objectives and manage Formal Training Statements. 4. Conduct assurance via External Validation for all PT & PTI courses. 5. Draft reports and recommendations for TRA consideration. 6. Assist junior TDT Analysts work strands. 7. Be prepared to deputise for the TDT TSA whenever required. Complete Corps HQ functions in supporting RAPTC business development & tasks as directed by the HQ management team. |
