This is a home-based role with occasional travel to our Portsmouth site.

This is a fixed term opportunity currently running until 31st March 2026 with the potential to extend.

What youll be doing

• Coordinate governance activities including stage gates reviews and reporting packs.
• Build and maintain plans and schedules managing assumptions dependencies and constraints.
• Manage RAID and action logs escalating risks and issues at the right time.
• Apply change control processes across the project and programme lifecycle.
• Support resource planning by tracking demand and highlighting gaps and pinch points.
• Analyse data and produce clear dashboards and insight for stakeholders.

What were looking for

• Demonstrate solid PMO skills across planning governance reporting and change control.
• Work independently taking ownership of tasks and following through on actions.
• Communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders and build good working relationships.
• Analyse information and present it in a simple accurate way using Excel and reporting tools.
• Use delivery tools such as MS Project and/or Jira and Confluence to track and report progress.
• Prioritise workload across multiple pieces of work and manage deadlines calmly.
• Security clearance: youll need to either already hold or be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC) (including having lived in the UK for at least 5 years).
