Shift: Day Shift (Variable 12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team. This role offers a day-shift schedule with flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a supportive LTC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents including assessment planning implementation and evaluation of care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor document and report resident conditions vital signs and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies procedures and state regulations
- Educate residents and families regarding care plans wellness and health maintenance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota
- Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
