Role Purpose
Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects inmetals & mining. You will build schedules dashboards reports and digital toolchains (e.g.5D BIMdrone/LiDAR progressIoT geo-fencing andGenAIreport assistants) to improvevisibility predictability and controlacross scope time cost risk quality and safety.
Responsibilities
A. PMO Execution
Maintainwork plansandlookaheadschedules; update progress logic ties and milestones inPrimavera/MS Project.
RunEVMcalculations (CPI/SPI) cost/schedule varianceanalysis;prepare management reports.
Supportrisk registers mitigation tracking and safety audit follow-ups;assistin compliance documentation.
B. Procurement & Vendor Performance
Trackmaterial delivery performance;maintainvendor scorecards andexpeditinglogs.
Support bid evaluations contract change requests and documentation.
C. Digital/AI Enablement
BuildPower BI/Tableaudashboards (time cost risk quality safety regulatory).
AssistBIMcoordinators with5D BIMlinkages (quantities cost/schedule) and model reviews.
Operatedrone/LiDARprogress workflows (with supervision)assistin computer vision checks for site safety.
RunIoT geo-fencingmaterial tracking dashboards; flag exceptions (route deviation dwell breaches).
UseGenAIassistants for executive summaries daily status notes risk logs and stakeholder communications (governed by data policies).
D. Documentation & Stakeholder Support
Maintain PMO registers (change interface issues decisions); compile weekly/monthly packs.
Coordinate meetings actions and follow-ups with EPCs/vendors/regulators; support site visits & audits.
Required Qualifications & Experience
25 yearsrelevant experience inconstruction metals/mining PMOon capex projects.
PMP(preferred; willingness to obtain within 12 months).
(NICMAR)preferred;alternativelyBE/(Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) MBAwith relevant project experience.
Hands-on withPrimavera/MS ProjectPower BI/Tableau/ExcelBIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure todrone/LiDARandIoTtrackingadvantageous.
Core Skills
Planning & controls data handling dashboarding report writing on-ground coordination.
Detail orientation problem solving collaboration;strong communication& stakeholder management.
