What Youll Do
As a Residential HVAC TuneUp Technician youll:
Perform HVAC system tuneups and inspections
Learn how heating and cooling systems operate and impact energy costs
Educate homeowners on system performance efficiency and maintenance
Present repair and improvement options using a trained consultative approach
Represent the company professionally in customers homes
Work closely with a supportive team and experienced mentors
What Were Looking For
- Customer service and sales experience required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn a skilled trade
Enjoy working with your hands and interacting with people
Pride in your work and personal professionalism
Teamoriented mindset
Valid drivers license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for up to 50% of the workday
- Ability to stand walk bend kneel squat reach crawl climb stairs or ladders and perform repetitive motions as required
- Ability to lift carry push or maneuver up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Comfortable driving and sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in confined spaces at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods while maintaining safety and productivity
