HELP US TO SHINE!

You lead the team and as Team Lead address all concerns of your team members
You work closely with Front of House Management and conscientiously implement JW Marriott standards
At night you are the first point of contact for our guests and are available to address all concernsin person and by phone
You enjoy training new employees or trainees

Checking in and out our domestic and international guests is more of a passion than a job for you
You independently handle all billing in our PMS (Opera)
You verify payment guarantees (C/I) and ensure accurate billing (C/O)
You collect the daily takings from all F&B outlets and perform the daily closing and nightly run
You review credit card statements and manage sales
You advise our guests on the location amenities and full range of services offered by our hotel
From time to time you will make restaurant reservations or similar arrangements for our guests
You will conduct regular security patrols monitor entrances and exits and ensure that all emergency exits are clear and accessible
You will maintain close collaboration with all departments to ensure a unique hotel experience
You value our guests praise and feedback as you play an essential role in achieving our satisfaction goals
You will manage bookings and prepare reports and statistics

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!
Completed hotel management training and/or a degree in hotel or tourism management
Solid experience in the front office
Initial leadership experience
Warm authentic and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; any additional languages are a welcome bonus

Knowledge of Opera is a plus but not required
