We are currently looking for empathetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Online Student Success Coaches. This is a flexible remote role focused on supporting students not only with their studies but also with motivation organisation and personal growth.

As a Student Success Coach you will help students manage academic stress improve focus and develop effective study habits through supportive online sessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals
Teach study skills time management and motivation techniques
Encourage confidence resilience and positive learning habits
Provide a safe and supportive space for students to discuss challenges

REQUIREMENTS

No formal coaching experience required
Strong communication and listening skills
Interest in education wellbeing and personal development
Friendly patient and supportive attitude
Reliable internet connection for online sessions
