What youll do...
Primary Responsibilities:- Support prioritization of technology needs and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) manage sprint planning and assist in evaluating trade-off decisions.
- Coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) and contribute to implementation planning.
- Provide analytical and consultative support to functional leadership.
- Translate business strategies into actionable analytics initiatives that support customer and business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to identify key customer insights that inform decision-making.
- Assist in developing testing and validation methodologies.
- Lead in analyzing critical data sets to support new capabilities enhance functionality and address business challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consultative solutions that meet business needs.
- Foster alignment on data analysis strategies and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain and grow relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and build a high-performing analytics team.
- Identify skill gaps and support development plans to build future capabilities.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Support the execution of business strategies by aligning analytics initiatives with customer and operational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate processes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Demonstrate strong experience in leading the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) sprint planning and navigating trade-off decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
