Content Manager

BESIX Watpac is seeking a Content Manager to manage end-to-end content strategy and production across digital and print channels. This role ensures high-quality consistent and engaging content that supports brand objectives while coordinating internal & external stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute a digital content strategy across key platforms (website LinkedIn Instagram internal channels) to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Lead end-to-end content planning and delivery collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality on-brand content aligned to business goals.
• Lead regular WIP (Work in Progress) meetings providing clear oversight of active campaigns and content initiatives.
• Manage and mentor marketing and communication team members overseeing workflow priorities and output quality.
• Facilitate internal content sharing and communication ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.

Qualifications :

The incumbent in this role will require:

• Tertiary qualifications in communications marketing public relations or journalism.
• Established experience in a similar role within marketing media or creative environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into easily understood language.
• Leadership experience including team development and workload management.
