- Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment following safety standards company procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Premeasure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installations
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Track work completed and job details using ServiceTitan
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation findings and solutions
- Recommend products and services to help optimize system performance and comfort
- Work alongside experienced installers to build technical skills and product knowledge
