$2500 Hiring Bonus for qualified candidates paid half at 6 months and half at 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Build comfort systems by installing air handlers condensing units package equipment duct work refrigerant tubing and related components
- Complete high and low voltage power connections
- System start up and commissioning including verifying refrigerant charge cfm settings and temperature difference
- Keep tools and company vehicle operating by following operating instructions maintain supplies
- Document actions by completing equipment records and service orders
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Comply with legal regulations
- Participate in educational opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Job knowledge: HVAC Systems Equipment Maintenance and Basic Safety
- EPA certification
- NATE certification a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Proactive and self motivated work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Typical hours 7am-4pm
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Signing bonus
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
