As a Money Advisor you are the face of Beem Credit Union and central to the member experience. You have an entrepreneurial spirit personal drive and initiative and thrive on seeking out the best solutions for your customers with your knack for balancing sales and outstanding customer service.

This is a temporary 12-month role is based out of our beautiful Otter Branch located in Aldergrove BC.

Whatyoulldo:

• Builds relationships with credit union members including seeking out new members and opening new accounts along with maintaining positive and productive relationships with existing members.
• Provides full-cycle account services including processing general banking transactions identifying and processing deposits investment and lending needs and resolving account issues.
• Proactively connects with members to identify needs as well as seek opportunities for additional and future business and strengthen members banking relationships with Beem Credit Union.
• Collaborates with branches and other departments and provides referrals to product specialists to ensure a superior member experience and increase business across the credit union.
• Builds andmaintainsa professional network within the branch and local community and represents Beem Credit Union as a positive community partner.

Whatyoullbring:

• 1-2 years experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
• Excellent customer service and strong relationship building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit.
• Self-initiative in driving your career and personal development.
• Degreeor diploma in Business or Finance is preferred; general understanding of retail banking principles is an asset.
