Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Representative to be the welcoming face of our this pivotal role you will be the first point of contact for our clients visitors and partners ensuring an exceptional and seamless front desk experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors clients and guests promptly and professionally.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Manage and coordinate appointments meeting rooms and schedules.
- Maintain and update front office records and databases accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries and couriers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Representative Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
