Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels including phone email and in-person interactions

- Assist clients with inquiries requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

- Stay up-to-date on company products services and policies to provide accurate information to clients

- Identify and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further resolution

- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline customer service processes

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
