Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in Jonesboro AR. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. This is a full time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

As our IT Specialist you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our companys technology infrastructure. This includes hardware software and network systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our technology is running smoothly and efficiently to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware software and network systems

- Provide technical support to employees and assist with training on new systems

- Monitor and manage network security to ensure data protection

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to our systems

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues

- Manage and maintain inventory of hardware and software systems

- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data protection

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance

- Document and maintain technical processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- 2 years of experience in IT support or related role

- Strong knowledge of hardware software and network systems

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Windows and Mac operating systems and cloud-based systems

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with real estate technology systems is a plus
