We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time 1 year contract basis. As an IT Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone email and in-person

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues

- Install and configure computer systems peripherals and software

- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

- Ensure data security and perform regular backups

- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions

- Train staff on new technologies and software applications

- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting

- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service
