Compensation & Bonuses:
- Pay Rate: $0.48 $0.60 CPM (based on experience).
- Average weekly pay $1200 -$1600
- Performance Bonus: Earn an extra 3 CPM monthly for safety and productivity.
- Extra Pay: $12.50/hr detention (after 2nd hour) and $100 daily layover/breakdown pay.
The Run & Equipment:
- Home Time: 12 days out / 2 days home for a full recharge.
- Freight: Dry Van 100% No-Touch Freight (50-60% Drop & Hook).
- Equipment: Late-model 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth T680s.
- No NYC: No forced dispatch into New York City or its five boroughs.
