Job Summary

We are looking for professional Class A CDL drivers to join our OTR fleet where top 20% of performers consistently earn $1600 weekly. Compensation & Bonuses:

Pay Rate: $0.48 $0.60 CPM (based on experience).
Average weekly pay $1200 -$1600
Performance Bonus: Earn an extra 3 CPM monthly for safety and productivity.
Extra Pay: $12.50/hr detention (after 2nd hour) and $100 daily layover/breakdown pay.

The Run & Equipment:

Home Time: 12 days out / 2 days home for a full recharge.
Freight: Dry Van 100% No-Touch Freight (50-60% Drop & Hook).
Equipment: Late-model 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth T680s.
No NYC: No forced dispatch into New York City or its five boroughs.

Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A experience (within last 3 years).
