Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Tarefas de Backoffice da distribuição de energia
- Processos de Contratação & Switching;
- Faturação;
- Gestão da Dívida;
- Contencioso;
- Gestão Documental.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade;
Experiência no tratamento de operações de BackOffice preferencialmente no sector energético;
Disponibilidade de 2ª feira a 6ª feira das 9H às 18H.
Bom conhecimento do negócio;
Experiência de contacto com cliente;
Boa capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita);
Capacidade de análise e gosto por trabalho de minúcia;
Capacidade para gerir conflitos e resistência ao stress;
Sentido de responsabilidade;
Capacidade de relacionamento humano;
Orientação para o cliente;
Orientação para objetivos;
Bons conhecimentos aplicacionais.
