• Investigate & Close: Review client history to identify membership abusers and pivot those difficult conversations into sales.
  
  
• Enforce Policy: Confidently explain why a guest no longer qualifies for Member-Guest pricing and collect the difference with poise.
  
  
• Hunt for Leads: Use Zenoti to proactively call and text prospects to fill the book.
  
  
• Consult: Use your knowledge of Dermalogica and Image Skincare to drive retail revenue and customize massage experiences.
  
  

• Base: $17/hr.
  
  
• Core Commissions: 25% on enrollment fees ($40$199) $10 for $20$39 fees and 10% on retail.
