The Role

Youll take new product and market opportunities from initial idea to in-market test ranging from extensions of our existing business to entirely new categories. Your job is to make sure the right work is happening at the right time and that nothing stalls for lack of a driver.

What Youll Do

• Own initiatives end-to-end: idea validation go/no-go in partnership with leadership.
• Solve what needs solving creative operational or strategic. Handle it yourself or bring in the right person.
• Keep internal teams (dev design ops) moving as collaborators not order-takers.
• Communicate clearly: data-backed updates early flags no spin.
