Role Overview

The QA Technician supports product quality and compliance by performing inspections checks documentation reviews and quality-related activities throughout production. This role helps ensure products are manufactured filled labeled packed and documented according to company procedures customer requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality checks on production lines finished goods components labels and packaging.

Verify that products meet specifications work instructions and customer requirements.

Review production documentation for accuracy completeness and compliance.

Identify and report quality issues defects deviations or nonconforming materials.

Communicate quality concerns to Production QA leadership Maintenance and Warehouse teams.

Support line startups changeovers in-process checks and final inspections.

Collect samples inspect materials and document results as required.

Ensure employees are following GMP PPE hygiene and quality procedures.

Assist with investigations holds releases rework and corrective actions as assigned.

Maintain accurate records and complete required QA paperwork in a timely manner.

Minimum Job Requirements

Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

English proficiency spoken and written.

Previous quality manufacturing laboratory or production inspection experience preferred.

Ability to read and understand specifications work instructions labels and production documents.

Ability to stand walk bend and move throughout production areas.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Demonstrated consistent work history and job longevity.

Basic math skills including counts percentages measurements and units of measurement.

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
