Shift & Schedule:Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM) Weekly Hours: 3640 Hours Rotating Weekends
Pay Rate:
$22.66 $25.72/hr (entry to mid-level experience)
$26.74/hr (56 years of experience)
$27.76 $30.54/hr (10 years of experience)
Shift Differential: Evening $1.45/hr Night $2.50/hr
Additional: $15000 Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance (case-by-case)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Medical Lab Technician for an exciting Travel or Local job in Panama City FL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing in chemistry hematology urinalysis and immunology
• Accurately report laboratory results and communicate abnormal findings
• Ensure quality control and proper specimen collection procedures
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation
• Set up calibrate clean and maintain laboratory equipment
• Support sterility and compliance standards within the lab

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• MLT certification required (ASCP / CPT / AMT accepted)
• Florida State Medical Laboratory Technician License required (Generalist License)
• Associates degree preferred
• Previous lab experience preferred
• Candidates awaiting Florida licensure may be considered
• Strong clinical lab foundation preferred
• New graduates with clinical rotations or lab assistant/specimen processing experience encouraged to apply
