THE OPPORTUNITYWe have an opportunity for an IT Operations Administrator to join our award-winning firm in the Vancouver YOULL DOReporting to the Supervisor IT Operations and Service Desk this role supports the day-to-day reliability security and performance of end-user computing and infrastructure services. You will execute and coordinate patching across desktops thin clients and servers; provide Tier 2/3 escalation support; manage certificates and authentication services; and oversee backup and recovery operations.
