The opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Support Administrator to join our team in Lower Hutt. This is a pivotal role that supports our operations team and technicians ensuring our customers receive timely efficient and high quality service.

What youll be doing

• Managing planned and unplanned technician scheduling and dispatch

• Coordinating customer service requests from initiation through to completion

• Supporting BWOF compliance requirements

• Managing parts administration billing and assisting with collections

How youll succeed

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers

• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes service delivery and professionalism

• Contributing to business profitability by providing accurate timely and insightful operational information

What were looking for

• Proven ability to work independently with strong organisation and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• An associate degree is preferred along with industry experience in service operations and/or service scheduling
