Job Summary
The Logistics & Development role within HP PageWide Industrial Operations is responsible for driving the design development and continuous improvement of endtoend logistics processes.
This position plays a critical role in enabling a scalable resilient and costeffective logistics for our highvalue lowvolume industrial business supporting global ops like press manufacturing customs fulfillment and installation operations.
The role acts as a subjectmatter expert (SME) across supply chain processes and systems working crossfunctionally with Planning Logistics Procurement Manufacturing Finance IT and Regional Operations.
Responsibilities
Design develop document and improve end-to-end logistics processes.
Identify operational gaps inefficiencies and risks and lead structured improvement initiatives.
Support the standardization of processes to reduce complexity while enabling business scalability.
Act as main point of contact for complex supply chain topics related planning SAP/S4 related operational logistics and fulfillment.
Participate in and lead cross-functional projects of new operational models and system processes.
Evaluate and support alternative logistics and fulfillment scenarios to mitigate operational geopolitical and regulatory hurdles.
Mantain operational KPIs and analytical tools to support decision-making.
Work closely with global and regional teams across planning logistics & warehousing procurement finance and IT.
Mentors junior-level staff and establishes guidelines for the mentorship programs.
Leads and manages a regulatory trade compliance program.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management Operations management Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience preferably in supply chain operations or a related field.
