Job Summary
NorthStar Memorial Group is hiring a Part-Time Clerical & Administrative Specialist II to support our Memorial Department. This role helps families through the memorial design process and ensures smooth coordination with vendors and cemetery teams.
- MondayFriday (Occasional weekend)
- 2530 hours per week
- Communicate with families about memorial marker designs proofs revisions and approvals
- Coordinate with vendors on orders proofs revisions deliveries and invoices
- Track memorials from start to finish and coordinate placement with the cemetery
- Scan file and upload documents into internal systems
- Provide multi-line phone support and break coverage
- Process Pre-Need and At-Need funeral and cemetery contracts
- Prepare simple reports or financial summaries
- Assist families with past-due account questions
- 2 years administrative support experience
- Valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Windows MS Word MS Excel and database systems
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Compensation
- $19-20/hr.
