Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead development of scientific publications including manuscripts abstracts posters and slide presentations
Own content delivery end-to-end from initial brief through to final publication or presentation
Translate complex clinical data into clear audience-appropriate scientific messaging
Ensure all content is accurate evidence-based and aligned to defined scientific narratives
Create materials for scientific meetings including symposia slides agendas and speaker briefings
Perform internal scientific reviews to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables
Conduct quality control and proofreading to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on content strategy and priorities
Contribute to strategic and tactical publication planning and associated research
Mentor team members and support onboarding of new colleagues
Essential for the role:
Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in medical writing including manuscripts abstracts posters and presentation materials
Strong understanding of clinical research drug development and scientific data interpretation
Proven ability to translate complex scientific information into clear concise audience-appropriate content
Demonstrated experience working within publication processes and industry guidelines including good publication practices
High attention to detail with a strong focus on scientific accuracy and quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple projects prioritise effectively and deliver within tight timelines
Desirable for the role:
Advanced degree such as Master of Science Doctor of Philosophy Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Pharmacy
Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas or global cross-functional teams
