Key responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Enlicitide in Mexico informed by scientific data market insights and corporate objectives.
Own the country-level product roadmap and prioritize initiatives across development clinical alignment regulatory engagement launch readiness market access commercialization and lifecycle management.
Lead launch readiness and operational execution in Mexico including cross-functional launch planning development and management of promotional and support materials medical-commercial training programs event planning and execution and coordination with local agencies and partners.
Serves as the primary liaison between the country office Global and comparable markets elevating the country strategy and operational needs into global decision-making forums. Applies insights and best practices from peer markets and negotiates with Global and regional stakeholders to obtain appropriate resources and recognition for local projects
Lead competitor and landscape analyses to identify unmet needs and differentiation opportunities in the Mexican market; translate insights into business development strategies and innovative partnership proposals to accelerate growth and expand market access
Define success metrics and monitor performance across development milestones launch readiness market access and commercial uptake and adjust accordingly with sense of urgency.
Champion a data-first approach by framing the right analytical questions translating insights into high-impact actions and steering resources toward initiatives proven by data to maximize business outcomes rather than incremental marketing ideas.
Cultivate strategic trust-based relationships with KOLs investigators patient groups payers and primary care networks to co-design advocacy and access initiatives. Use stakeholder validation to strengthen value propositions and implement cross-functional plans that fast-track reimbursement market access and rapid adoption.
Required experience and qualifications
Minimum 6 years of product management or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical with demonstrated experience in launch readiness and market access in Mexico.
Project management: Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional launch programs. Preferred certifications/methodologies: Agile/Scrum (certified Scrum Master desirable)
Primary care experience in Mexico demonstrated experience engaging primary care physicians and primary care channels in Mexico. Prior experience with lipid therapeutics cardiovascular/metabolic disease or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
Launch experience: Demonstrated experience in operational aspects of launches . Market access / payers: proven experience developing and executing payer strategies and negotiating reimbursement arrangements with public and private payers
Leadership and people management: Experience leading and developing objectives/KPIs conducting performance reviews
Analytical skills: capability in market analysis forecasting KPI tracking and data-driven decision making.
Communication: outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills experience engaging KOLs payers internal senior leaders and field teams.
Languages: native/near-native Spanish; business-level English required (written and verbal).
Education
Minimum: University degree in Pharmacy Medicine Biology Biochemistry Life Sciences Healthcare Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Preferred: Advanced degree (MSc PharmD MD) or MBA/masters in business/marketing or equivalent professional development in commercial strategy or market access.
