Where Youll Make a Difference

• Responsible for daily import and export operations coordinating and executing logistics across all transportation modes including sea air and road.
• Prepare and review import/export shipping documents to ensure accuracy completeness and timely submission to forwarders and relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with customs authorities and respond promptly to customs inspections and inquiries related to cargo packaging labeling specifications composition and compliance matters.
• Closely track shipment status and the full customs declaration process; escalate issues and drive solutions when exceptions occur.
• Manage import/export KPIs and verify logistics costs with third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery at optimized cost.
• Maintain and update import/export records in relevant systems in a timely accurate and traceable manner.
• Continuously optimize import and export operational processes to improve efficiency and execution effectiveness.
• Handle import/export-related complaints and ensure issue closure while working cross-functionally with Sales PM QFS CSR and other internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Experience in daily import and export operations familiar with sea air and road transportation.
• Ability to prepare and review import/export shipping documents accurately and on time.
• Familiar with customs inspection and inquiry processes with solid compliance awareness.
• Capable of tracking end-to-end I&E shipment and declaration processes and resolving issues.
• Experience working with 3PL providers including KPI tracking and cost verification.
• Proficient in using import/export or ERP systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong mindset for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills with the ability to handle complaints and work cross-functionally.

How Would You Stand Out

• Import/export experience in food chemical or FMCG industries.
• Knowledge of China customs regulations and practical clearance operations.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
