Job Summary
Operations Administrative Assistantat Marsden South LLC
Shift:9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday - 40 hours/week - Hybrid

Requirements:
- Employee must use company app.
- You must be 18 years old.
- English and Spanish Speaking preferred.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Seeking someone tech savvy and a problem solver.
- Must have a drivers license.
- Drug test required.
- Prefer experienced with Excel.
Job Duties:
- Assisting with accounts payable
- Receive and ship deliveries and informing the managers
- Spanish Interpretations/translations
- Mail pick up mail out
- Take phone calls
- Computer help for the managers
- Filing
- Fleet vehicle maintenance: drive vehicles for their services (Oil changes tire repairs etc)
- Review vehicle inspections sheets
- Office order: EE Shirts/Office inventory
- Answer E-mails
- Miscellaneous office tasks
- QC Inspections: Receive and submit inspection reports
- Duties with office programs
- Submitting company expenses
- Scan mail to proper personal
- This is a permanent full time position
