We enable optimal labor planning for 1.6M associates across 4600 stores by designing and delivering forecasting solutions that help our stores operate efficiently and provide exceptional customer experiences. - Partner cross functionally across Store Operation Supply Chain Transportation and Workforce Intelligence team to understand the current business and future scope and translate them into labor forecasting strategy
- Work with the forecasting team to develop new forecasting capabilities to support the aligned broader labor strategy
- Improve the accuracy and robustness of the end-to-end forecasting suite through innovative modeling approaches and optimization techniques
- Work closely with the internal team and finance to provide Business As Usual (BAU) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) forecasts
- Leverage GenAI and ML/AI algorithms to help build a scalable platform that supports automation across the model lifecycle (runs evaluation data validation drift monitoring and deployment).
- Work with partner teams (e.g. Labor Generation Industrial Engineering) to identify process gaps and develop data science solutions that improve business outcomes.
- Masters degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics Data Science Statistics Software Engineering ML Engineering Computer Science)
- 3 years experience in building and delivering real life data science products in relevant industry (Workforce/Store Ops experience plus)
- Strong technical acumen in SQL Python ML/AI Statistics (GenAI hands-on experience preferred)
- Experience in retail or supply chain environments is a plus
- A self-directed curious outcome-oriented mindsetable to operate with minimal supervision and drive work forward independently.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
