• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Install water heaters faucets drains disposals toilets and piping systems
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and provide clear solutions to homeowners
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales tactics
• Maintain accurate job notes invoices and service records
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards
• Maintain a clean organized and professional appearance at every jobsite
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to completion

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems repairs and installations
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces attics and confined areas
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic reliability and professionalism

• Plumbing license or certification preferred (not required depending on experience)
• Experience with service software or mobile dispatch systems
• Strong upselling and customer education skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced residential service environment
