About this position:
LMCU is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to partner closely with marketing leadership internal business units and cross-functional teams to organize manage and execute a wide variety of marketing projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines gathering input from strategy and creative teams managing workflows and leading meetings to ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives. The Marketing Project Manager will also collaborate with external vendors obtain cost estimates and help ensure all marketing deliverables meet LMCUs quality standards. Regular participation in business unit meetings is expected to support effective communication alignment and successful project execution across the organization.
What youll do:
Develop and manage project work plans timelines deliverables and day-to-day project operations to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate marketing projects through WorkZone and other communication tools while providing regular project status updates to marketing and internal business teams.
Facilitate project production and status meetings with internal stakeholders; identify workflow needs and coordinate project assignments across teams.
Apply and uphold project management best practices and standards while maintaining accurate organized and up-to-date project documentation.
Monitor industry trends identify process improvements and share lessons learned with team members.
Build and maintain vendor relationships; obtain and review vendor cost estimates to ensure accuracy quality and value while assisting with vendor selection and production recommendations.
Track project expenses and maintain budget reporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Support company events and special projects as needed including coordinating logistics invitations presentations and related materials.

What youll bring:
46 years of project management or related experience preferably within a marketing or creative environment with strong knowledge of project management principles methodologies tools and best practices.
Bachelors or masters degree in Project Management or a related field required; Project Management certification and commitment to ongoing professional development preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects priorities timelines and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships tactfully navigate feedback and scheduling conflicts and collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules involving multiple contributors deadlines and shifting priorities while remaining calm adaptable and professional under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite along with a strong understanding of marketing principles and creative production workflows.
