Manager, Associate Experience

The Associate Engagement Lead will drive the strategy and execution of initiatives that build and strengthen culture across Mexico City Tech Hub with diversity inclusion and belonging as core pillars of the role. This position will be responsible for shaping the overall associate experience through intentional programs events communication and community building efforts that foster engagement embed inclusive practices and connect associates to our purpose. The role will also lead enablement efforts that equip the team with the tools frameworks and guidance needed to bring our culture to life and do their best work while advancing community involvement initiatives that strengthen our connection with external communities and reinforce our social impact.

They will manage strategic priorities and key project execution in the Mexico City Tech Hub supporting CoS and the Leadership Team.

This role plays a critical part in connecting culture engagement and business priorities partnering across Mexico and US teams to design and deliver a cohesive associate experience.

The Associate Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing implementing and sustaining a clear engagement strategy while ensuring strong operational rigor and high quality execution across all initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

• Define and lead the associate engagement strategy with focus on building culture fostering inclusion and strengthening associate connection.

• Directly support the Mexico Leadership Team in all associate engagement related activities including office culture recognition events celebrations and site visits.

• Design and execute end-to-end associate experience programs that drive engagement and sense of belonging.

• In conjunction with HR lead engagement action plans based on associate feedback ensuring measurable impact.

• Oversee the strategy and execution of internal events and experiences ensuring they are purposeful scalable and aligned with business priorities.

• Lead the strategy and execution of Community Investment initiatives including corporate social responsibility programs volunteer efforts and partnerships with external organizations ensuring alignment with company priorities and associate participation.

• Own and lead the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging strategy and execution driving initiatives that embed inclusive practices into the associate experience and foster a culture of belonging across the organization.

• Own timely execution of monthly and quarterly reporting related to engagement culture community investment and strategic priorities.

• Influence develop and own a principled approach to highlighting and monitoring key deliverables across the organization.

• Advise leadership leveraging institutional knowledge stakeholders relationships in and out of the organization and focus on amplifying impact.

• Partner with the Admin team to evaluate and manage meeting schedules and time commitments.

• Increase visibility and recognition of associate contributions career interests talents and career growth.

• As needed provide ad-hoc consulting and operational support to strategic initiatives.
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.

• Bachelors Degree.

• At least 4 years of experience in employee engagement internal communications culture or related fields.

• At least 4 years of experience leading or supporting Inclusion Diversity & Belonging and Community Investment initiatives.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience advising or supporting senior leadership.

• 2 years of experience in organizational design workforce planning or budget management.
