Position Overview

We are seeking outgoing confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors / Lead Setters.

In this role youll represent Closet Factory DFW at retail partner locations(Costco/Lowes) events communityactivation trade shows and inside our Mobile Showroom. Your primary focus will be connecting with potential customers creating excitement around our brand and scheduling complimentary in-home design consultations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people sales marketing events or hospitality and is looking for a long-term career path with growth potential.

What Youll Do

• Engage with customers in a friendly professional and energetic manner

• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations

• Represent Closet Factory DFW at Lowes Costco home shows community events and promotional activation

• Help create a memorable and positive customer experience

• Educate customers on our products services and brand story

• Assist with Mobile Showroom events and promotional setup/breakdown

• Track leads and customer interactions accurately

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve goals

• Become knowledgeable about our custom storage solutions and design process

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive outgoing and self-motivated personality

• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed

• Sales retail hospitality customer service or promotional experience is a plus but not required
