Key Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments of individual and carer needs risks and strengths to promote independence and prevent harm
• Work in partnership with service users and carers using a personcentred approach
• Apply core social work values and principles to guide professional practice
• Promote independence wellbeing and choice in line with strengthsbased practice

Requirements

• Registered with Social Work England
• Successful completion of ASYE
• Postqualifying experience within Adult Social Care
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and local authority responsibilities in safeguarding vulnerable adults
• Right to work in the UK
