Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Administratorto join our Victoria branch. The Service Administrator plays a key role in providing daily administrative and clerical support that enables efficient service operations. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day and enjoys being a reliable team player. This position is fully in office Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm (some flexibility with start/end time).

A Day in the Life
- Manage a high volume of service files and documentation
- Support Accounts Receivable activities
- Maintain accurate customer and service information
- Communicate with customers and internal service teams to support daily operations
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Respond to service-related inquiries and assist with dispatching crews as needed
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset
- Has own vehicle and valid drivers license to commute daily to the branch
- Invoicing experience
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in a construction or service-related environment
- Post-secondary education in administration or business
$58000 - $62000 a year
