Location: Santa Clarita CA
Compensation:$25/hr - possibility to be a part time student worker
The HR Intern supports the Human Resources and Administration team in delivering day-to-day HR operations employee engagement initiatives and organizational processes.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives
Support planning and execution of company events surveys and programs (e.g. pulse checks recognition events)
Provide support on HR reporting and analytics
Compile data on headcount turnover and training completion
Assist with HR dashboards and reporting requests
Support compliance and administrative tasks
Track mandatory training completion (e.g. safety compliance)
Assist with audits and documentation preparation
Assist with Development/training programs
Assist with outline confirming accuracy and implementation of programs
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed including updating org chart

Details:
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Must Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Has a sense of urgency
Interest in HR processes employee engagement and organizational development
