Job Overview
Perform monitoring study start-up and site management work to ensure that sites are conducting the study(ies) and reporting study data as required by the study protocol applicable regulations and guidelines and sponsor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performing site selection initiation monitoring and close-out visits plus maintaining appropriate documentation
• Responsible for Study Start-Up activities.
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Establishing regular lines of communication plus administering protocol and related study training to assigned sites
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices escalating quality issues as appropriate
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions recruitment case report form (CRF) completion and data query resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in scientific discipline or health care.

• Experience of 1 year in on-site monitoring clinical trials.

• Good knowledge of and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (i.e. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines).

• Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint and use of a laptop computer and iPhone and iPad (where applicable).

• Written and verbal communication skills including good command of Polish and English language.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers managers and clients.
