Dutiesandresponsibilitieswillincludebutnotbelimitedto:
- Taking responsibly foraccount management of key Financial Institution accounts; includingbroking/placement strategy product development portfolio management and expanding clientrelationships
- Working with existing clients to review their existing programs presenting the best possible solutionsand client outcomes
- Negotiationofpolicywordings/contractreviews
- ContributetodeliveryofournewbusinessstrategyandtargetswithintheGlobalLineofBusiness
- Proactivelyleadinitiativesfornewandexistingclients
- AttendandpresentatindustryeventsandconferencesinSingaporeandthroughoutAsia
- DevelopandmaintaincloserelationshipswiththeInsurersacrosstheregion

Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of credit risk professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement robust credit risk management strategies ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the analysis and evaluation of structured credit products identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate credit risk solutions into the overall risk management framework.
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of credit risk metrics providing insights to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in credit risk management driving innovation within the team.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients helping them navigate complex credit risk scenarios.
- Mentor and develop junior team members fostering their professional growth and expertise in credit risk solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients regulators and industry partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences showcasing our expertise in credit risk management.
Qualifications- A relevant bachelors degree in finance economics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in credit risk management with a focus on structured credit products.
- Ability to work independently on a range of placements and take responsibility for key accounts.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills essential
- Excellent communication(written verbal oral & Presentation) skills and interpersonal skills essential.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where lateral thinking initiative self-motivation and decision-making skills are crucial
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a deep understanding of credit risk modeling and assessment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong team player with good people skills.
- Professional certifications in credit risk management (e.g. PRM FRM) are highly advantageous.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and a solid understanding of compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using credit risk analysis tools and software.
