Your New Role
WarnerBros. Discoveryseeks a Creative TraffickingInternfor the Subscriber Acquisition Marketing team. This role willsupportingthetraffickingour feeds for sports &entertainmentand involved in wider teamprojectwhilst learning about subscriber acquisition and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about television movies entertainment and digital marketing. They willhaveknowledge of performance marketing and/orcreative. This role demands an eye for detail and structure to be successful.
DCO (Dynamic ContentOptimisation) is our standard assets delivery process whereby campaign information scheduling and creative elements are inputted into a feed (data spreadsheet). The creative assets are coming together automatically within the platform using ready-made templates. This drives efficiency and allows for scaling campaigns across both creative production and media management.
The candidate will be pivotal in ensuring that the correct information is set up in the feed according to the media plan and media requirements. They will also verify the accuracy of the creative output confirm deliveries to the mediateamsand communicate with otherteamsas necessary.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Work closely with Creative team/ACQ team/Global buying team to populate the feed and communicate with internal teams to streamline workflow and asset delivery
- Monitor andmaintainessential documents (specs process workflow best practice taxonomy)
- Manage the Media Drive & Smartly Library housing all creative files for trafficking
- Checkassets for specs correctdimensionsand file formats
- Generate file naming conventions essential for performance measurement
- Traffic and deliver final files to automation platform or media team
- Confirm campaign launch has gone live
- Supporting the broader subscriber acquisition on projects to help development & learning
Qualifications & Experience
- You must be a current University student in your 2ndyear of study looking to spend your 3rdyear on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
- Hands-on with a proactive can-do attitude
- Strong communicationskills andexperiencepresenting data
- Knowledge of /work experience / internships in Digital Marketing ecosystem working with channels such asSocial Display YouTube Search Native and Discovery
- Knowledge ofdigital creative assets: specs best practice creative guidelines
- Experience in Dynamic creative optimization tools such as Smartly Google Web Designer and dynamic creative optimization and feed managementis a bonus
