About the role:

The Gen AI Content Studio (gen AI content development) is a new in-house creator team with the role of developing content for the key brands of a global consumer health company across the consumer journey for touchpoints such as advertising social e-commerce website. The team works with generative AI to produce content in-house in contact directly with brands and marketing. This is leading a true content transformation for the clientoperatingin new ways with new processes.

We are looking for daring and bold professionals who will embrace the power of Generative AI and Talent and challenge the status quo in advertising and marketing.

As a Project Manager within the new Gen AI Medical Communications Team you will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of targeted communications to healthcare professionals (HCPs) including emails banners and other digital assets. Your responsibilities will include managing the workflowoptimizingteam capacity and ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards. You will coordinate collaboration among medical creative to guarantee that every HCP-focused communication is executed efficiently on time and with precision.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from briefing and planning to production and delivery ensuring timelines and quality standards are met within the sprint formats
  • Partner with brand and creatives to translate businessobjectivesinto clear project scopes with detailed deliverables and actionable timelines.
  • Manage the workflow of multiple projects simultaneously ensuring seamless coordination and best time allocation within the team and managing delivery of final assets for final use.
  • Build andmaintainscalable tracking systems (trackers timelines capacity planning) to support multiple projects.
  • Facilitate communication between teamsanticipatingchallenges and proactively solving bottlenecks.
  • Brief and coordinate medical writers graphic designers and delivery teams.
  • Ensure all content meets regulatory and compliance standards (medicallyaccurate compliant andon-brand).
  • Manage and coordinate medical and regulatory review processes ensuringtimelyapprovals whilemaintainingproject timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting learningsoptimizingprocesses and sharing best practices across global Gen AI Content Studio teams.
  • Lead regular updates on projects through status meetings and follow up manage project capacity and expectations for timelines budgets and scope.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 10 years of experience in project management in healthcare communication (agency side preferred)
  • Previousexperience managing HCPfacing content (for doctors or pharmacists) including analysis design or workflow development is preferred even as part of broader project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects in healthcare environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced high-volume content environments with multiple deliverables.
  • Scientific literacy attention to detail and solid understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
  • Experience in creative software and Gen AI applications (Canva Jasper or other LLMs etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation and curiosity about how Generative AI can enhance creative workflows.
  • English fluencyrequired.
  • Remote based position.
