About the role

Join our Sales team as a Renewal Sales Representative supporting our AMER smallbusiness customers. Youll manage renewals protect recurring revenue and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

This role is a strong entry point into solution sales or the wider tech industry. Redgate has a promotefromwithin culture and Renewals Reps often progress into Sales Development Account Executive roles Marketing Sales Operations Technical Solutions Customer Success or Sales Management.

Youll build relationships with customers whose licences are due for renewal identify risks early and work with them to ensure continuity. Youll also develop a strong understanding of Redgates products and the surrounding technology landscape enabling you to spot where customers could benefit from additional solutions.

Renewals is a key revenue engine for Redgate and the team continually refines its approach to hit individual and companywide targets.
