Job Description:

This job is responsible for capital reporting and analytics including calculating risk-weighted assets measuring and monitoring Global Systematically Important Bank (G-SIB) scores developing reports for Lines of Business (LOB) stakeholders and implementing new models. Key responsibilities may also include developing LOB capital forecasts and producing peer analytics and impact assessments for new transactions products and proposed rule changes.

Line of Business Specific Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst Technology & Data Strategy supports Enterprise Capital Management (ECM) in driving critical data and technology initiatives to ensure regulatory rule compliance and enable effective capital management and executive decision-making. This is a critical role for the organization as technology and data are key areas of focus in ECM and across the CFO organization. The analyst will work closely with ECM leadership ECM Technology CFO Data Management (CFO DM) and Change Management partners to ensure successful delivery of data and technology solutions.

Core responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle of ECMs data issues performing in-depth analysis to produce data-driven insights that drive strategic decisioning and remaining accountable for a significant set of key deliverables prepared for senior management including executive reviews governance forums and regulatoryfacing materials. The role requires strong ownership of data issues structured program execution and the ability to translate complex topics into clear executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes business balance sheet and risk-weighted assets identifying optimization opportunities
  • Ensures process documentation and procedures align with rule conformance of Basel capital requirements
  • Consolidates and delivers monthly Basel III capital results explaining key drivers of variances
  • Provides transactional support for live transactions
  • Assists and educates business partners about capital regulatory requirements providing recommendations on how to operate in a capital efficient manner
  • Facilitates capital forecasting for strategic planning and capital planning purposes including stress testing
  • Monitors portfolios to anticipate capital needs and financial resource use

LOB Specific Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with ECM Technology and Data Strategy leadership to assess prioritize and drive execution of key data and technology initiatives
  • Serve as the business lead for ECMs data issues collaborating with ECM CFO Data Management and SMEs to assess impact prioritize remediation align funding present impact to Capital reporting and align with enterprise priorities
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to establish and run routines that support delivery of data solutions and overall program execution
  • Provide oversight and coordination for planned technology releases ensuring ECM alignment and clear reporting of impacts to Capital
  • Act as the single owner of record for reporting on ECM data issues status; supporting senior leadership reporting and executive materials
  • Maintain and govern comprehensive trackers for manual processes and tech intake activity ensuring accurate lineage mapping and data integrity
  • Support annual planning Change Management processes including initiative prioritization funding allocation and sequencing for 2027
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and support activities across technology and data-related initiatives
  • Own the coordination and execution of working sessions and businessrequirements gathering for toppriority data issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of financial services including current regulatory environment and experience in Global Markets Global Banking or Treasury organization
  • 2 years of experience in traditional multi-month project management
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts (Finance/Accounting preferred)
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong ability to work in matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to summarize data for executive management to understand project status and risks and enable decision making
  • Advanced writing skills PowerPoint Excel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deliverables in a fastpaced highly regulated environment
