Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling accounts from start to finish demonstrating accountability professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70000 - $80000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Handle all aspects of account management including policy renewals endorsements and claims assistance.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients underwriters and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Professional demeanor and communication skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Work Environment:
- Full-time in-office position (Monday to Friday).
- Minimal local travel may be required to meet with clients.
